Let me share with you how this bracelet came to be and the miracles that happen around here every day with things as common as beads.  It was a busy day as I waited for the UPS man; I really needed a particular bead that was on the delivery truck.  When the order arrived I was heart broken to discover that I had ordered the wrong bead by mistake. I quickly got on the phone reordered the right one and decided I would pack up the others and send them back.  But once I opened the box and looked at the beads I was stunned - they were gorgeous!

We have a policy at the studio; No piece of jewelry is designed unless we have an intention or a higher reason first.  In other words, it has to be a symbol to help strengthen the life of the woman that wear’s it.  Once the intention is set and the name is given we go about putting beads together to make the intention come alive. For the first time I had this dynamite bead but I had no intention and no name.  I was puzzled. I told my assistant Cassey that I had never made a piece of jewelry first and named it later. NEVER.  She just stood their smiling at me when I said, “you know I really should send these back, but this bead is absolutely amazing.”  Cassey hugged me and said, “Well, I guess this one named itself.”  I guess it did!
