 Any item that is purchased is warranted by our guarantee.  Our guarantee is:  We promise to fix or replace any item that we manufacture ourselves. If an item cannot be fixed and the item is not available for replacement we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. This includes but is not limited to: bracelets, necklaces, earrings, mobiles, prisms, other adornments and gifts items.

Items that are purchased on line, or by mail order; are subject to a thirty-five day return-policy.  This is to insure that all fees that were prepaid have cleared and that customer is in good standing. Items that are paid by credit cards will not necessarily receive refunds by return credit some may receive refunds in the way of company checks or company credits.

Absolutely no refunds over $ 75.00 unless first approved.  Approval can be received by emailing our customer service at    ohiodesign@ohiodesigninc.com.  There is a 15% restocking charge on unwanted and, non-defective merchandise.  If the item has been damaged during shipping report damage immediately!  Items must be reported as damaged within five workings days. 
Without a damage code, returned damaged items will not receive a refund. 

NEVER return items to the company without first receiving approval and instructions on what to do.  This can be easily done through email at ohiodesign@ohiodesigninc.com.  Merchandise in good condition must receive a return authorization number or other verification first to insure proper return.

 If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, back orders will not be shipped, unless product is due to be ready in five or less days.  Please keep in mind that all of our products are hand made and at times we will run out of a certain product.  Usually your jewelry pieces can be ready in five to ten days and if you are willing we will ship them expedited. Otherwise back orders will NOT be shipped. 
However, we will happily give you the date we expect them to be completed so that you can reorder them.  
We reserve the right to substitute similar items to fill orders whenever possible.
