Q: If I don't like to order merchandise
online, is there a way to contact you personally to place my order?
A: Of course! Just call 1-866-765-1301 and we will take your order
over the phone. We understand your reluctance to give out personal
and credit card information over the web.
Q: Can I fax my order to you?
A: Of course you can. The easiest way is to order your jewelry
like you were going to order off the website, by placing items in the
cart. Once you have made all your selections go to view cart and
make sure your order is correct. Then enter any coupons you may
have and enter your zip code to see if you owe sales tax.
Your
order should now be complete.
Next click the button at the bottom of the page. This button says
"continue checkout" and brings you to the billing and payment
information page. Fill this out in full (billing
address, shipping address, and payment info) be sure to write on the
page near the payment information your 3 digit code on the back of your
MasterCard or Visa. Now at this point print off the page and fax
it to us. Then cancel the order on the website and your done.

Q: Are you able to ship to a different
address other than my billing address?
A: No Problem! If you want to send a gift to another address or
you want to send yourself a gift to your work or friend's address we can
do that. ;)
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: All of our jewelry is guaranteed for life. If you ever have a
problem with it, just contact us for return information and we will fix
it for no charge.
(You must return all the pieces if it should break,
so that we may reassemble it. If you need to replace lost pieces
then a small charge for lost parts will be assessed. There will be
no charge for defective part replacement.)
Q: What is your return policy?
A: A thirty day evaluation period is provided with all our merchandise.
If you don't like your new purchase just contact us any time within 35
days of receipt and we will return your purchase price minus shipping,
no questions asked.
(Well, we may ask you why you didn't like it, just
so that we can try even harder to make sure the next customer is
completely happy.)
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes we do in fact create many custom pieces for our customers.
